WORKLIFT. burnout recovery process
Sometimes individual guidance is the best way to become more aware of something. And that in turn has a positive influence on health, recovery and possibilities. BronBaboelal has developed an intensive program for employees who get stuck; WORKLIFT. During this 13-week guidance process, we look with the employee at cause and effect and what is still possible at what time. The employee is again strengthened in his own assets and encouraged to take back control. What does that trajectory look like? The labor expert and the employee take the lead. Together they determine the weekly optional modules and draw up the action plan. Based on these choices, we actively work with specialists/coaches. The employee, labor expert and the selected specialists therefore together form the recovery team. In addition, the employee receives a personal workbook with daily assignments and insights. This workbook is based on methods developed by TNO and STECR. In this way we encourage an accelerated return to work. And that is beneficial for both employee and employer! In fact, that pays off. Because an employee who has hit burnout is absent for an average of 244 days. And that absenteeism costs an average of € 200 per day or more. Shortening the duration of absence therefore quickly yields a lot. Has the employee not yet dropped out, but are there indications such as frequent absenteeism, conflicts or private situations? Then there is also a shortened 6-week trajectory; WORKPLACE.LIGHT. Together with the employee, we put our finger on the sore spot. With clear advice, support and guidance, we prevent unnecessary downtime and long-term absenteeism.
